UKCPM/Gladstones - Advice re: Claimant's case summary and WS

Hi to all you super-helpful forumites!
I'm about to submit my witness statement for a residential PCN hearing in a couple of weeks time.
Last week Gladstones sent me a case summary/chronology that they had prepared and filed at court.
This states that the matter is listed for a remote final hearing at my local court in early August. This was not my preferred court, but it is the court to which the claim was initially allocated for an in-person hearing next year.

In March I received a Notice of Re-Listed Hearing from this court stating that the claim would now take place as an in-person hearing at County Court Central London (my preferred court) on the above date in August. I have not at any point requested or agreed to a remote hearing. The local court remains the one that 'which normally deals with my case', i.e. for the purposes of correspondence, submitting evidence and fees.
Gladstones are hopefully in error, however would your advice be to:
1. Email Gladstones and ask them file a corrected chronology. Should they have agreed this with me before submitting it anyway?
2. Email the local court (cc'ing Gladstones) to flag the error and ask them to confirm the correct details, i.e. dob them in?
3. Do nothing as the case summary is largely irrelevant and not my fault if they fail to turn up to the hearing...
And a 2nd question - for residential PCN are defendants usually expected to attach their entire lease to the WS (appx 25 pages + 3 plans) or would excerpts be sufficient? The lease also contains the name of the original leasholder, which I assume I'm ok to redact?
Thoughts appreciated!

Yes you would need to attach the whole lease or a URL link to a Dropbox file of the whole lease.
I don't understand what Gladstones error is?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon-mad!
And apologies for not being clearer:
1. Gladstones' case summary which it has filed to the court says the claim will be taking place remotely and at my local court.
2. My letter from the local court in March said that the case had been re-listed to the Central London court for an in-person hearing.
They have the correct date at least...
Thanks again in advance.
