Amazon sd card - used very good'

I bought a sd card in a hurry and didn't pay attention to what used very good meant. Its from Amazon warehouse. Should I return and get a new one or is it worth giving a go.  Its for my phone to do a back up on.

According to MSE - used very good means 'Any cosmetic damage – for example, minor cosmetic imperfection on the top, front or sides of the item. The item can come in original packaging as damaged or be repackaged.'

thanks

relax..it will not have been 'used' in my experience. The outside packaging will have slight damage

If you bought it from the Warehouse it'll be practically brand new.

I was amazed when I bought some stuff from the Amazon Warehouse, that was discounted and marked as "Used - Very Good".  It was pretty much pristine aside from some minor damage on the packaging (which was only ever going in the recycling anyway) and what was marked as a minor cosmetic imperfection...  well I couldn't see anything and as it was going inside a computer anyway, I can live with that.

Unfortunately it came in today, but no packaging just repacked in a plastic bag. I have no idea how to check if its worth keeping or not

Its an SD card, plug it in, format it and if it works (and reports the correct capacity), what is the issue?

Sorry overthinking. Seems to format and give me around 240gb which should be OK. I guess I was worried if used it maybe short lived or something

    What size did you order?
If it was a 256Gb card the formatted capacity should be somewhere around 238Gb.

This is for technical reasons.  It is not a fault.

If it was a decent brand like Kingston or Sandisk or Samsung, it'll be fine.
