Heathrow T2 Drop off fine

Hi there,
I received a PCN over the weekend for use of Drop Off Zone without making a valid payment. The date of the alleged contravention is 6th July, Date of Issue 13th July, I received it a full week after this on the 20th July.
Before I appeal, can I check if the below is still the recommended wording:
"This Parking Charge Notice ("PCN") was issued to me as the registered keeper of the vehicle, and I am appealing as such. Heathrow Airport (including the drop-off zone) is not “relevant land” for the purposes of Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (as it is covered by airport bye-laws), so the operator cannot transfer liability to the keeper. Furthermore, even if (which is not the case) the drop off zone is relevant land, the PCN does not comply with the requirements of the POFA, Schedule 4, paragraph 9. As there is no legal requirement for the registered keeper to identify the driver, I will not be doing so."
Thanks

Is this an APCOA PCN? If so, your draft above is fine and will result in a 'don't be a naughty boy again in future' letter (aka cancellation)! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
