Love holidays help

I booked a holiday through Love Holidays last year and we are due to fly next month. After a lot of problems with the holiday we got the flight refunded by the airline company who then sent this onto Love holidays. When Love Holidays were processing the refund they accidentally pressed refund twice and apparently sent the money twice to me. I have checked my bank and I have only received one payment. When I speak to love holidays they are saying that one payment was processed as a refund but the other one was reversed so they have no tracking numbers etc. They have been extremely unhelpful and have basically told me that unless I now pay the money back by next month they will cancel my holiday. They have the worst customer service and just tell me that it is my problem to resolve but when I speak to the bank they cannot do anything without any tracing numbers. I can't lose my holiday but just don't know the best steps to take next?

    Send then copies of your banks statement showing only one payment. It is up to them to chase with their bank via their accounting dept where the money has gone.
