Basic 32" TV with sockets and controls not under the bottom

I presume that putting these in the base is to make them accessible when the TV is wall mounted. When used with legs on a stand the TV has to be tilted at 45 degrees to get to them.
Can anyone suggest a basic model with side or rear fittings.

What's wrong with using a remote control? Can't remember the last time I used the controls that are physically on a TV set.And every TV I've had that has controls on the bottom are accessible even when the TV is on the stand, otherwise what's the point of them?1

I was wondering why you weren't using the remote control too - doesn't really matter where the controls are then0

Will use the remote but it's not unknown to sometimes have problems with this and when the buttons are only inches above the shelf and facing down . . . . .
The similarly located sockets are the major problem as I frequently access these

Not convinced of either but if its what you want...

cables connect to the back sideways. Can't see where the manual controls are but with such high legs even if its at the bottom it will be easy to get to on the rare occasion its needed (haven't a clue where they are on mine as in 7 years of ownership remote has always worked)1 -

How thick are your fingers?I've used several TVs and monitors over the years with controls or sockets at the bottom and never had any trouble using them. Certainly have never needed to tilt the screen in any way.Struggling to suggest a solution without knowing what the problem is.

I've never had to use the buttons on a TV or monitor in over 10 years apart from when calibrating them when new.
It's easy to buy a remote replacement for any TV.
Good luck with your search.

Added a new soundbar to my Panasonic plasma telly last year, had to put it into "Hotel Mode" so that the remote doesn't increase the TV speaker volume (Press VolUp 3 times, VolDown twice, turn round 3 times and spit...etc).
First time I've had to use the TV controls in 12 years (and find the manual).0
