I can't get my credit score

For the 1st time, I've tried to get my credit score online. None of the sites I tried (excluding ones who want a Free 14/30 day trial as I would forget to cancel it) seemed to recognise me - won't accept an accurate e-mail or they ask me security questions that don't even apply to me.
I am on the electoral register (private not public). Ex-Directory landline for privacy. I have lived at the same address for 27 years and have no debt. I have 4 historic issues which might cause a problem.
1) A CCJ which I had removed from my name because it was wrongly put on - I left a property legally and paid my water bill in full and closed the account. It turned out that the tenants after me decided to use my name and run up a bill which they didn't pay. The CCJ was removed and I was sent a letter from the courts as proof it had been removed.
2) A long standing dispute with Halifax bank - I was the victim of card skimming scam from a cash machine I took it to the ombudsman but lost and ended up paying all the money that was stolen from me in full. The police refused to investigate because the bank refused to refer it to them as theft from my account.
3) When I first moved into my Housing Association property almost 27 years ago the previous tenants left a bailiff warrant behind. I contacted the bailiff and got it all sorted out.
4) I have been on DWP Disability Benefit for many years and I am not able to work.
I have now had over 20 years of next to no debt, paid all my utility bills on time. Never had an eviction or criminal record. I don't use credit cards and have never had a mortgage I have a £200 pre-arranged overdraft which I barely use. and I've only ever had two personal loans in my life which I paid off in full without defaulting. I have a 1 student loan which I don't have to pay back because I am well under the threshold being on Disability Benefits (I always reply to their letters by sending an updated copy of my benefit letters). I don't have an up to date passport because I can't afford one. Even my bank is offering me options for credit cards/personal loans.
I don't understand why my details aren't recognised. I am a British Born Citizen with a NI number and I get an annual tax form because my ESA Benefit contributes to my NI Insurance Stamps. I also have a small private pension from when I was able to work.
Sorry for the Essay but I am really confused : ( Does anyone have any ideas what to do next?

Go back and read the questions again - carefully.
As part of the verification a number of CRA's might ask you questions like:
Which of the following accounts did you open in June 2016?
A. Barclays
B. Lloyds
C. Halifax
D. None of the above
Or similar.
When they ask you about a certain entry in your history - if you think none of the answers apply to you, look for the 'none of the above' answer or however it's phrased.

Try requesting statutory reports. You don't need a score. You want to check info.
