Moneybox Lisa introductory bonus interest due

I opened moneybox Lisa on Jan 2023.
Deposit that year and next FY allowance.
Transferred previous year from AJ bells in may 2023

I understand the interest rate is 3.25%+0.75%(first year bonus).

The 3.25% interest is paid every month.

I expected the bonus interest is to be pay out in Jan 2024.(12 months after I opened account)

However on the app it listed as 1/3/24.

Is there a reason for that? Is that the introductory bonus date for everyone regardless when you open the account???

Are they using the American date system and that means 3rd January 2024?

Then, with reference to the Cash LISA T&Cs: "If you are eligible for an Introductory Bonus, then this will be paid in accordance with the specific terms supplied to you when you registered for your Moneybox Cash LISA." it is time to dig out those introductory bonus terms. Presumably, different offers with different terms have been made at different times.
