Stafford Railway BS Regular Saver - withdrawal

I believe you can withdraw from this account without penalty as long as you leave minimum £25.
Now that Chip is 4.5% vs 4.4% for Stafford, I would like to withdraw all but £25. Does anyone have experience of this as I can't see how to do it online? I have one of their easy access so would be ok to transfer to that and then withdraw. Trying to avoid having to send passbook etc.

£25 is minimum balance.Withdrawals are limited to no more than 4 per Society year.
A deposit of between £25 and £500 must be received each month.
If you miss three deposits in a Society year your account will revert to our Pullman account.
You must post your passbook and a signed request to them, but if you nominate a bank account they can send you the funds via faster payment - still needs to be done through post.
If you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.

Thanks both. I had forgotten about the increase. MY RS matures mid August I think so I will just wait and withdraw it all then. Was hoping there might be a non-postal solution doesn't seem to be the case.
You have to send a bank statement for BACs withdrawals so I will need to request one from one of my current accounts as most are digital.1 -

As above, this RS has no set maturity date. Same with the current issues from Darlington, Mansfield, Buckinghamshire, Ecology, Loughborough 2.5% (and possibly others, but cannot think of any more off the top of my head).
I was able to send them a digitally downloaded PDF to register my faster payment bank account. I emailed this over to them along with my signed form etc. The upload link didn't seem to work properly for me.
