DRO Accounts still open

in IVA & DRO

My DRO was approved in July 2021 and I was discharged in July 2022. Majority of the accounts are still showing as ‘active’ and ‘open’ on my credit files. I know they will show for 6 years but i thought they would show as closed or settled?
I am trying to build my credit after the DRO but I am struggling to be accepted by anyone for any form of credit.
I have attached a pic to show what accounts are looking like on my file.
Any advice on how to progress and tidy this up would be great

Some companies are lax when it comes to updating records in regard to DRO's and just need a kick up the bum. I had the same issue with BarclayCard: I emailed them asking them to rectify it and they updated all my credit files within about a month.

At least the default date is near enough. Technically it should be no later than the date of the DRO but for a month it's no big deal.
You are going to struggle to get credit with a DRO on record. If a soft search shows you can't even get a sub-prime credit card then just leave it alone and try again in 6 months.

Also try this one as it's not in the main checker

Anyone who completes a DRO should go through the "credit file clean up process"
It involves writing to creditors to update your credit file, all accounts should show a default date no later than the DRO start date, and all accounts should be marked as satisfied or settled.
Some creditors are notoriously lax at this, so you have to remind them.
It will be difficult obtaining credit whilst a DRO is on file, and really you don`t want to fall back into your old ways having just dodged a bullet, so don`t rush into new credit applications too soon.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I had to contact Lloyd's and TSB separately on mine to get them to update the status to *settled* by TSB and *partially settled* by Lloyd's, took a bit longer with Lloyd's, I had to complain to be put through to someone who then had to send me a letter to refer me to send a copy of the letter to someone else a long with proof I had finished my DRO.
Eventually it got sorted. Credit score for what's it's worth has now gone above the national average apparently, and eventually small credit card offers etc do come a long.1
