Good UK/ISA-friendly fund discussion sites/Peter Lynch/PEG style fund

Hopefully the right place to post this. I did post under ISAs - but told wrong place.
I've always invested in individual shares, but I want to put some of it into funds. I've been trying to find something I can buy in an ISA* (and/or SIPP*) that emulates a Peter Lynch* PEG* approach (Price / Earnings / Growth% ratio) without me actively managing it & has a wider range of stocks than I could manage.
Ideally USA or Global companies, not UK.
Idea is to smooth out & be hands free, I've done well with individual shares, but it's lumpy & I need to keep a close eye on each company, I've spent 1000s of hours on researching just a handful of companies & it's a pain keeping up while travelling & high-demand times (family issues etc).
Could anyone point me to good UK-relevant discussion sites - everything I find is USA centric & I need it to work in an ISA. Even better if someone has a suggestion for a fund, ETF etc. Even better if UK/£ based to save exchange rate fees.
Backup plan would be a few more individual shares, monitor less frequently plus some into low-cost USA/World trackers. I'd just prefer to at least investigate if a Peter Lynch / PEG style fund was available for UK ISAs and/or SIPPs.
*I prefer to explain acronyms (as so often reused) & other less-well known aspects, so...
ISA = (Stocks & Shares) Individual Savings Account
SIPP = Self-Invested Pension Plan
PEG = Price / Earnings / Growth% ratio - investopedia /terms/p/pegratio.asp
Peter Lynch = investopedia terms/p/peterlynch.asp

Peter Lynch's approach was centred around GARP investing. I would think the most notable UK fund manager investing globally using GARP principles is Terry Smith with his Fundsmith fund. So that should be one fund to add to your research list. Probably the Lindsell Train Global Equity fund also.
