"Now TV" Landline gone dead

Managed to get on Help page on Now website and put in my phone number where it said an Engineer would be in touch within 2 days.
Wasn't able to speak to anyone so not confident anything will happen. Broadband working O.K
Has anyone else had this problem with Now and How did it go?

Managed to speak to a CS rep on phone and engineer will come out within 3 days. Fingers crossed!0
