Apcoa Parking Ticket

Hi AllSorry to bring up an old post. I'm ready to fire off an appeal to APCOA using the wording provided. I just wanted to check as I've seen on another thread that the POFA schedule 4 refers to them having 14 days from the alleged contravention to issue a notice to the registered keeper.I have a "Parking Charge Notice" addressed to [MY COMPANY NAME] C/O [THE LEASING COMPANY] after the leasing company provided our details as the registered keeper. The date of the contravention was 08 July 2024 and the date of issue printed at the top of the letter is 18 July 2024 (within the 14 days). However the email from the leasing company informing us of the charge is dated 30 June 2024 (not within the 14 days). Is the advice still the same?TIA0

14 days is irrelevant in lease/company car cases. Just send them the bespoke appeal seen in the Airport Drop off Group thread (remove mention of Airport byelaws if not applicable in your case but copy the rest, about the PCN being non-POFA).
Very very easy one! APCOA are as easy to beat as blowing over a feather.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
