Whether to pay a company when you have logged a complaint

Perhaps OP would.
A. Answer if they have had a refund?
B. Who this company is so T/C can be viewed.
One reason never to sign anything from a cold caller. As This is something that you can do yourself.

Haven't been through this specific process but quite often if you are applying for refunds you can specify where the refund is sent to so may be possible for an agent acting on your behalf to specify the refund goes to their account first.HillStreetBlues said:
I would have thought the council would refund the person who paid the CT.born_again said:Unless you have a actual complaint logged with them, then they are not aware of any issues.
There next step could well be taking you to court for non payment.
I would have thought that their 60% would be deducted from any refund. Before sending that refund to you.0 -
I'm presuming documents would have been signed by the OP giving consent to the company to act on their behalf. The majority of these companies then receive the refund, take thier fees and forward the rest on.
