Quidco / TCB cashback for current accounts

Do these cashbacks get paid out even if the regular switch offer from banks may not qualify you? For example I don't see the Santander and HSBC cashback on TCB say anything about being a new customer or any other qualifying conditions.

They refer you to the bank’s terms and conditions, so it’s very likely there is something in there about new customers etc.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
