I don't have any idea how this happened - but the wife dropped the radio down the stairs and on turning it back on, surprisingly - every radio station popped up - except for her favourite "GHR"...
Any idea how she managed to wipe just this one station out - and how to get it back ?
It's an old FM radio

The radio is sulking as a result of the fall down the stairs and is seeking a full and abject apology from your wife.

https://planetradio.co.uk/greatest-hits/station/on-air/how-to-listen-to-greatest-hits-radio/ lists the transmitted frequencies of the station.
There's plenty of places where it is NOT available on FM.

Possibly the aerial has been damaged or a connection loosened that affects the particular frequency or the weaker signal from a more distant transmitter.  Extend the rod fully and move the set to alternative positions when tuning?

She has apologised to the radio and it has started to work again ....
I wiggled the aerial about a bit too - poor connection internally ?

GHR is the one that on my car radio it always goes to SEEK when I press the right button.
It finds the correct station eventually but it used to be normal.
I see they have aquired more frequencies by taking over other stations at a rate of knots. I wonder if they are fiddling with the works.

I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
