First Direct - how long for switch bonus?

Hi,
I switched to First Direct over a month ago and still no bonus.
Opened the account mid-June and immediately transferred the required £1000 within a couple of days. The account switch was completed about a week later. It has now been a month since the switch completed but no bonus as yet.
Wondering how long others have waited and should I chase them up?
Thx

They say 28 days max after the switch. Yes, it's worth chasing if it takes longer.1

I had mine within about 3 days, my husband however is still waiting for his, its been about 23 days now.1

Mine reached 29 days so I messaged them via the app and they deposited within the hour

Has there been any other than 1 person on here I can recall (was it Boingy?) that has had a bonus paid out even though they have switched to HSBC already / have been with FD before?
I'm trying it, and got another week or so til I reach the 28 days so just curious to see what the chances are of being successful with it or not.

Assuming you are using a donor account you don't really have anything to lose by trying. At worst you'll have an FD account as a future donor account and possibly one more hard credit check on your credit record, which expires after a year and is not a problem unless you have accumulated a number of others.0 -

I opened my account on the 23-JUN, the switch from a Halifax account was successfully completed on 30-JUN, and today (28-JUL) got an SMS to say they had sent the switching incentive to my account and it would show over the next few days.
Logged into the account right away via the app and £175 showed as part of my account balance. 😎1 -
I also got my payment today.
Pretty impressed as had only switched 8 days ago and only put the £1,000 in the account 3 days ago.
