    The spammer that resurrected this thread just needs one more report and he is gone. And I suspect the original poster has made their decision already and walked away.

  • The other issue to consider is that if the bamboo & JK has come from the neighbours' garden, you will be forever trying to get rid of them because the source of the problem is still there.  I really would walk away from this - I have done so in the past when the first thing we saw in the garden was JK.
