RCI Freedom Savings updates rates for everyone. Currently 4.2% and instant access - allowing for transfer to the "nominated account", so usually a couple of working days.
RCI are not 'instant' access but 'easy' access. Funds withdrawn  not always available in linked account same day, more often next working day - Friday afternoon withdrawals notavailableuntilMonday.   Investec, Marcus, Zopa and Chip are more instant.
They don't claim they are available the same day, only next working day, which is how it's always worked for me.
2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.

I agree. I was responding to the post that said RCI were instant access, which they most definitely aren't

Agreed, hence the qualification of my post shown in bold.
The OP was enquiring about accounts that automatically increased rates when / soon after the BoE without needing to move money. RCI generally does that, and is fine IMO as long as you can allow for the slightly less than immediate access.
