Vanguard verification text

Hi All,

First time trying to log in with a verification code. No text coming through - anyone else having the same problem?

I used it ok, pushed the Send button and the text came through.

Virgin are having issues with texts today, gave it 3 minutes and requested another. Both arrived one after the other.

Then It did not like eiter number so had to get a third,

Yep Vanguard's new SMS 'verification' doesn't work. I can't access my account, and they were not helpful. I'm v unimpressed with their IT team.

Their SMS verification worked for me last week, or possibly the week before. The great news is that when you verify with SMS you can choose to authenticate the PC you are using so you don't have to do the SMS thing every time.

Update.

Rang them and was told they are issues. Try again in a few hours. Helpful.

I'm getting the texts now from the original requests but obviously the 10 minutes have expired (more like 50!).

Expect I may have to wait a while longer......
