NatWest credit card application timeout

I was doing an application online for a NatWest credit card. First they told me my limit and that I’d be accepted and that this was a soft check. So I continued with the application but while I was querying one of the documents with my husband the website timed out! So I’m assuming it hasn’t gone through but can anyone tell me if this will result in a hard check? I didn’t submit or sign anything
I will ring them tomorrow but it’s bothering me in the meantime!

I don't suppose anyone would know for sure, but as long as your credit history okay, it shouldn't make too much of a difference. I've opened 2 credit cards with NatWest and 1 with RBS in the last few weeks and have got the same limit for all of them. Now you've read the document you were querying why not just reapply?
