So I'm looking to replace out Conservatory which is at the 14 year mark and falling apart.  It was built on a mere 300mm footings, so not to last.

It has a main wall and two dwarf walls, to replace like for like but with 1m footings would be quite expensive now.

So I'm considering one of these https://www.tvwindows.com/blog/modern-lean-to-conservatory-ideas  120cm by 110cm.

Wondering if anyone has one, how much it cost and what depth footings were used?

Also, life expectancy?  Windows I know would need replacing but I'm hoping that aluminum frame and proper footings, would be long lasting.

Cheers.

Mere 300mm footings ?  if by that you mean concrete thickness

Back in the 1960's and for many years after a bungalow was built on 150mm and a house on 225mm thick concrete footings

So your 300mm is plenty adequate for a conservatory

Are the sizes you state correct?  In old money that is less than 4 feet by 4 feet.  Really not worth having.

Sorry, the measurements are a mistake.  Will re measure when home later.  Its about the size in the picture I linked.
