Are there any cards with 0% deals that also has free transactions abroad and/or free cash withdrawals abroad?

There are only two mainstream cards I know of offering fee free overseas spending, neither offer 0% spending or particularly good balance transfers (wouldn’t want to mix with spending anyway) though both I believe can make useful mule cards.1

If it is for stoozing purposes, it is a general wisdom not to mix up the credit card for purchase (including purchase in foreign currency), and the credit card for MT/BT intended for stoozing. Are you trying to fund holiday abroad racking up debt from a credit card? That is not a stoozing then ....
Typically what you are looking for e.g. Stoozing (e.g. zero percent interest on MT/BT) and zero fees for transaction in foreign currencies do not come hand in hand. But you could easily achieve what you are looking for, and more likely to be more cost effective by applying two separate cards. One for MT card and one for zero fee for transaction in foreign currencies. Once MT is approved, transfer it all to a debitcard with zero transaction in foreign currencies Typically the one with zero fee for transaction in foreign currency will be for indefinite so much more beneficial.

I use the Halifax Clarity card for this. It has no fees for spending abroad, cash withdraws or money transfers. I therefore use it as my holiday card, and have just used it as a money transfer card which I have then used 0% balance transfer cards to transfer the debt to.
I have managed to transfer £28,760, to 4 x 0% cards. Total BT fee was £135.71. There will be a little bit of interest to pay on the Clarity card due to the delay between the MT's and the BT's, but this should only be a few pounds.
These BT's should earn around £1675 in interest over the next 12-15 months, assuming my Tandem account stays at 5%1 -
The BT fee is insanely low. Which card was this?swindiff said:I have managed to transfer £28,760, to 4 x 0% cards. Total BT fee was £135.71. There will be a little bit of interest to pay on the Clarity card due to the delay between the MT's and the BT's, but this should only be a few pounds.

@Emily_Joy and @swindiff you're unlikely to get a response to this, old, thread as the Original Poster (OP) posted a one-hit-wonder .... those are just a one off post that the OP never bothers to acknowledge again.
@Pat38493 - return to the thread with an update please.1 -
It's fairly easy to hazard a guess that 3 of the 4 cards are 0% cards with no BT fee (Natwest, RBS & Ulster), no idea what the remaining card could be though.1

Thanks for the replies - my original request and purpose was to see if there were stoozing cards that I can also use when on holiday just the same as at home - currently I have a stoozing card but I can't use it abroad without incurring transaction charges. I will look at the ones mentioned.0

You could use a normal 0% Money Transfer card and then use that cash in a fee free card like Starling0
