I have 2 problems...I installed Windows Vista for the first time [even though I had the software for few months....just heard about some problems with vista]
After installing, I noticed my Scanner is not recognised [eventhough this was connected to PC at the time of installation, as instructed] HP Scanjet 300c model
Second thing is on the Media centre, I am not getting BBC1&2 but rest of the channels are fine.
Not sure where the problem is?
Please help:o

You need to download an updated set of drivers for the Scanjet. Try http://!!!!!!!.com/22cp7d (hp.com) for links to drivers (sure it's not a 3300c?)
The channels may not be appearing if your signal strength isn't very good. Try rescanning for all channels, otherwise you may need a signal booster on the aerialte audire non possum. musa sapientum fixa est in aure.0 -
HP.com wrote:We are sorry to inform you that there will be no Windows Vista support available for your HP product. Therefore your product will not work with Windows Vista.
If you are using the Windows Vista operating system on your computer, please consider upgrading to a newer HP product that is supported on Windows Vista. HP has numerous products on the market that support Windows Vista.
If it is a 3300c, that stinks.
Had it happen to me with HP.
It should say:
Please consider upgrading to a newer HP product that is supported on Windows Vista and we will give a 50% discount.0
