Anyone Able to help me with CCJ

just signed into my credit score and noticed a CCJ on my file from May. to my old address that ive not lived at for 3 years. 
Im thinking its from HSBC but i dont know there is no info on it. 
I have been ill and out of work and in and out of hospital what options do i have now? 
the amount in question is 1559

    When was the CCJ granted?  If you have not been contacted yet the creditor may not have been able to trace you.    To deal with it your first step would be to contact the court and confirm who the creditor is.  You could then offer a repayment plan.  Or, you could wait for them to contact you.
