PPI success. Banding success. Double Dip PCN cancelled! South facing solar (Midlands) and battery. Savings Session supporter (is it worth it now!?)0 -
Having only recently - 1st March - had my 12 solar panel with 5.2 Give energy battery commissioned, I switched immediately to Octopus flux. No problems except for loss of 100kwh before export activated. There is quite useful information available via the Give energy app and cloud portal, with a wealth of graphs and statistics. On 27th March I tried to switch to Intelligent flux, with some help from an Octopus agent, as for some reason it is necessary to go through the Octopus app to complete the switch. Seemed OK until the app asks you to sign in to the Givenergy cloud. For whatever reason this was not possible. E-mails to Octopus and Givenergy have failed to resolve and conversations with Octopus achieve nothing as you cannot talk to anyone technical, only service staff who say the problem is with the smart team.I am told by Octopus that Give Energy are a third party contractor and that they Octopus have no control over them.Wondering if any other Octopus client is having or had similar problems?0

If so, try turning it off temporarily then try the octopus onboarding thing again.PPI success. Banding success. Double Dip PCN cancelled! South facing solar (Midlands) and battery. Savings Session supporter (is it worth it now!?)0
