Should I be concerned?

I tried to send a 5 figure sum from Newcastle Building Society to Kroo this morning. I then received a message from Kroo saying they wouldn't accept it unless I produced a statement to prove the NBS account was in my name.
The funds (exact same amount) were originally deposited in the NBS account from Kroo. I looked in the NBS app and couldn't see an option to view a statement so I replied to Kroo saying that. They then said I would need a letter from NBS confirming the account was in my name.
At this point I gave in and asked them to return the funds and close my Kroo account. This was at 11 am this morning. They said they would return the funds immediately and close my account after.
This evening the funds are not yet showing in my NBS account and my Kroo account is open and accessible. Can I assume that both will occur overnight?

Wouldn't expect anything less from Kroo in all honesty. Their processes are really shambolic so just keep an eye on the account and make sure they do infact close it and don't just leave it dormant.Currently in a Trust Deed 43 payments until DEBT FREE - February 20270
