OP: YOU have no contract with DHL for delivery of a package. You DO HAVE a contract with Nokia (or whoever the retailer is) for the supply and delivery of the phone you ordered.
I bought a new Samsung phone from Samsung's website on Friday, early evening. Free next day delivery via DHL. Came early afternoon Saturday. Had a 'PIN' number to give the delivery guy to input on his terminal as some new form of security check.
