Raisin nominated bank account

My partner has a savings account with Raisin and needed to setup a nominated bank account so she can fund it.
The process was followed whilst logged in to set this up. This was done 24hrs ago and so far, no acknowledgment or confirmation regarding this issue.
Does anyone know how long this takes to setup?
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,

I think it was near instant when I did it, but that was 6/8 years ago when they first opened.Go with plan B, call them.0
