Unbanked cheque for delayed flight compensation

We received compensation last year for a delayed flight from Jet2 but one of the cheques received has not been banked within 6 months. How can I ask Jet2 to reissue this? No address was included on the letter we received with the cheques.
Thanks

Submit it to your bank, cheques can still be honoured up to 6 years.Life in the slow lane0

Have you tried depositing the cheque? The 6 month expiry thing is only really a convention - sometimes a bank will take it anyway.
If not then you'd have to contact Jet2 customer services and see if they will reissue the cheque for you.
I'm not sure what the legalities are on reissuing cheques and whether or not Jet2 are obliged to.0 -
If asked to re-issue the dormant cheque, presumably Jet2 would want an answer to the obvious question ?
