Coop bank trying to switch

I am trying to switch some of my  accounts into my Coop current account. When googling "Switch service Coop Bank"  the link tells me the page is not available. 

I can log into my Coop current account but can't see how to start the switch from there.

 All the help options also give me the page is not available message.

Is this a short term problem with Coop?

For an existing account I'm not sure they have an online method?

You can still switch your old bank account to us by calling us on:

Lines open 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Call us from the UK and abroad.
Alternatively, visit us in branch.

Good to see the Coop are still at the forefront of technology

Same problem here, didn't initiate the switch during account opening as I wasn't sure yet which donor account I'll use. Is phoning them the only option or has anything changed since?
