Hi,
I bought an ipod alarm clock from Easyishop.
http://www.easyishop.co.uk/
The display screen was really faint, so i contacted them, and they told me to complete a returns form and send back. Since then, i have tracked the package so i know it has been delivered back to them, but they have not confirmed this or sent a replacement, and this was about 3 weeks ago. I paid with Paypal.
Has anyone used easyishop? or have a reliable contact email/number
Thanks

I'm surprised that the company have been allowed to call themselves "EasyiShop". A certain airline are very pro-active in tracking down anyone that uses the word "Easy" in the name and "persuading " them to change it. This has includes such outfits as courier companies and even pizza shops. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I'm not too sure how to charge back.. Would it matter that i bought the unit back on 27th September?
I still haven't heard anything from them...0 -

Yes, unfortunately its too late to do a paypal chargeback. So, the next question would be how was your paypal payment funded? If it was by credit card you can contact your card provider about the transaction.
Failing that, Id suggest a letter, sent recorded delivery. Inform them they have 14 days to issue a refund or you will be seeking recompense through the small claims court. That usually gets them moving!0 -
I have sent them a long email confirming all the transaction detail, and demanded a response by 3 January, stating i would be looking towards small claims. I would be happy with some kind of response!!0
