Hi
has anyone has any issues in switching accounts to this bank.
I applied to switch my bank account to N*tw*$t on 01st July to take advantage of £200 offer. I verified my ID. Got an email to say ‘we have reserved your account’ detailing sort code and acc number with customer number as well as application ref. Said I would receive debit card in 3 to 5 days. I was asked to create log in details with password and pin.

I contacted them last week as I hadn’t received an update or debit card. I went on to their online chat and rang to be told yes we have your details and your ID and it will be processed. Today still no debit card or update. I have tried to go on chat online but am told try in a couple of days. I’ve rang once and went online chat twice. Where can I go from here? Unfortunately I can’t access the online account as I had forgotten the blooming password. To reset you need debit card details. I tried without and it doesn’t recognise customer number,
any advice on how to move forward ?
