Hello all, I just came into a bit of money and wanted to ask advice on buying my first home. A little bit about me, I am in my mid-thirties, have no debt, and no children. To be candid I've been looking at homes around the $1 million dollar range and have anywhere from a 5% to 10% down payment. I'm grossing around $250K/year and have a credit score of over 800+.
I'm just looking for general advice or questions I should be asking myself to determine if this is realistic.
