VOIP to go with

Any recommendations for VOIP service for a small buisness (1 - 2 people)? Ideally there will be cheap calls included (or just cheap tarrif if pay as you go) for making international calls. Many thanks

Depends a lot on which countries and what other features you want. 

Have used Voipfone for many years, not as cheap as they were when we signed up but call quality etc has been better than the few we've tried to see if we could save pennies.
