I have been a member of Mango for about a year or more. I have never had any problems until now. I have tried to cancel this membership as I don't find the books to be any cheaper, infact they are cheaper at any supermarket as you don't have to include p&p. But they keep sending the newsletter to me.
You have to decline the 'Editors Choice' every month or they will send you the books. I did not decline a November once in time (newsletter arrived about a week after the deadline), apparently the book has been sent to me (I have not received it), and I am being charged £16. They won't cancel the subscription until this is paid. This is a scam.
