They emailed asking me to call them following DD cancellation. I did.
They quickly offered to reduce monthly payments to £144 still based on their estimates.
I asked them to do the calculation using the September 2021 reading that I’d supplied plus today’s reading.
Call handler found a glitch and wasn’t able to load the figures.
Also no explanation about all my missing gas readings.
Handler is going to escalate it to Metering Dept.
I said I do want to continue with DD but not until I get a payment figure based on actual readings.
She was a nice lady.3
