Full management from letting agent in London - going rate?
I'm helping a relative let a flat out. We've found an agent with good reviews and recommendations. We need a full management service, and they've quoted 11% - does this seem around the going rate? I've read the guide to finding a letting agent and they seem to tick most of the boxes
The lowest I've seen from agents in my area (also in London) is 14% + VAT, even had one quoting 20%+VAT, for full management service. So 11%+VAT sounds like a bargain to me, even more so if you meant 11% including VAT.
