I meant weren't you fighting a four figure claim for several PCNs?  You did well!

Curiously the judge only appeared to have access to the same information that I (we/?) have access to about Wilshaw and so appeared happy with the "no need for OPS to prove they had the authority to ticket vehicles" argument.

The Judge was being lazy and could easily have read up on Wilshaw, and read the whole Judgment.  He was just believing what OPS told him it says.

See you back here in August to respond to the DLUHC's imminent Announcement and use your case as evidence that they tried to add a GRAND on top of the parking charges in your case!  You will want the DLUHC to see your evidence and your view that the fake added 'fees' encourage bulk litigation, so the add-ons must be banned completely as they are with all other regulated debt.
