Question about changing downlighters for 'normal' light fitting in bathroom!

House survey seems to have gone fairly well for an ex-rental Victorian terrace so, providing the official report is the same as what the surveyor told me over the phone today, it looks like I have to start making my 'List of jobs I'll Need to Do or Pay For in order of Importance and What I Can Afford to Do Without Having to Get the Same Tradesmen Back on a Monthly Basis' list!
