Is the website completely hopeless or is it just me? The app is even worse.
Which is a shame as the cruises they offer are actually good - and ironically were one of the first to digitalise all functions on board!

dont have a big problem with the website, tho its mainly aimed at american market.
the app is only any good when you are onboard and even then has its limitations depending on how many are on the cruise! When you know better you do better1 -

Internet access on board is far better than it has been on other cruises I have been on (pre-pandemic). Still pricey for 24/7 access throughout the fortnight even with accrued cruise benefits, but at least it's reasonably reliable. No man is worth crawling on this earth.
