Monzo joint account

Tried for ages to set up a joint account with my wife at Monzo Bank. The app asked all the right questions but it just never seemed to work. I gave up after a few weeks and called it quits, although we both retained our separate accounts.
Received an email today saying I was now eligible for a joint account and to visit the app to set it up. Within five minutes it was opened, money transferred to it and card added to apple wallet. Obviously, it was never going to work in the app until Monzo enabled it, wish they'd have told me that was the situation earlier.
