Wren kitchens. Any good?

We did the same.  The build quality of the Howden's units is excellent and they are very accommodating about you needing to swap things as you go, e.g. needing a narrower/taller/whatever unit than the design.  We also tried Wren but the design they came up with was rubbish and there was a total lack of transparency on how the cost was built up.

Wren kitchens get mixed reviews. Some people are happy with the quality and design, but others have had issues with delayed deliveries and installation problems. If you're using their fitting service, check reviews for your local installers. Might be worth getting independent quotes for fitting to compare.

Agree with this. We had a Howdens kitchen fitted a year ago. Bought it from a branch outside of our area purely because we wanted a certain fitter that had fitted my daughter's kitchen a year earlier. It really is all down to the quality of the fitter. This young guy was a dream to work with and was in and out in 6 days (kitchen and utility room). He even noticed a slight mark on one of the doors that we hadn't and picked up and fitted a replacement the next day.

We bought our Wren kitchen in 2013 and received 20 warranty. Since 2013 Wren had to change all the front of the kitchen unit 3 times as the laminate is bubbling up. It is such an inconvenience to have this issue and it will always start before Christmas! Stresses me out. I have now again 5 doors bubbling and need to contact Wren again. Am I within my rights to ask them to change the whole kitchen given that this will be the 4th time this happens? Is it anything like legislation I can reference in my complaint or I need to go to the Ombudsman after I go through their complaints process?🙄
