What is the minimum I can bet on there trading stocks? I think Microsoft will keep going up for the coming weeks but want to invest a small amount just to see if I'm right or not. I read it somewhere that you can bet as little as £10?

If you just want to see if you're right you don't need to invest any money, just add the stock to whatever watchlist/free stock game you like.
