Eon on my equifax report - but I don’t have an account with them

I received a message from clearscore to say that there had been a change to my equifax report.
EON are adding an account - but I don’t, and never have, had an account with them.

I use Octopus energy - but the account numbers are different.

Have they actually added an account, as clearscore are well known for sending erroneous messages such as this.
