Letters for international payments from TSB

Hello
I'm signed up to a payment system to process payments from customers direct to my bank account as I'm self-employed. I get a letter everytime a customer makes a payment as my bank account classifies it as an international payment. As you can imagine, I can get up to 6 letters a day as I get a letter everytime a payment is made. I've spoken to TSB several times to get them to stop sending letters to no avail.
Is there anything else I can do with TSB?
If not, are you aware of any banks that I can move to that don't generate a letter everytime an international payment is made?

Just to be clear, is this a business account? If so, then they should be able to accommodate receipts in a better way, but if you're using a personal account then you run the risk of it being closed....0

I don't think these are 'receipts' as such, it's simply the bank announcing that they've processed an international payment. I get the same with an account which receives very occasional and always very trivial (usually about £2.20) payments from Amazon as 'royalty' (real Royals get more I'm sure) for an obscure booklet when it is sold (about twice a year) in the US.eskbanker said:Just to be clear, is this a business account? I agree the letters are OTT - it probably costs them more to send them to me than the actual credit! But that's how these systems seem to work.
OP might want to reconsider whether the payment system they're using is appropriate if the bank classes all payments as international. And, as eskbanker says, make sure it's a business account.0
