Hi Everyone
Hope you are well. My sister has a blue badge and my vehicle was registered for blue badge discount on TFL account. She removed my registration by accident while replacing another vehicle. It was a genuine mistake. The contravention occured on xxxx and I wasn't aware of it until I recieved the penalty. I was driving her to the congestion area that day. We have two blue badges registered on my two sisters name. I live couple of roads away from them and my car is registered in my home address. Now my question is do I have a grounds to appeal? If so how do I make a representation? If anyone can post a draft I will be really grateful. Thank you

You may want to redact the penalty number and your car reg. ANyone can log into the TfL site and cause you untold havoc. Just think before you post sensitive information.
This site deals wth Parking Charge Notices issued by unregulated private parking companies. You best be to deal with a penalty notice from an authority is to use the Pepipoo site where they specialise in those charges.1 -
I had a similar problem some years ago when I changed my car, tfl actually put my old car back on the system for some reason, but tried hard to blame me. I got more sense by phoning them up and they sorted it out over the phone.

Well in this case only saying what worked for me, but really you need to take this to Pepipoo they are the experts on real authority fines we major on private parking charges.
