Transfering bookmarked to laptop

Is it possible to transfer/copy items in my Firefox bookmarks to my laptop?

Or is it even possible to copy a folder as distinct from an individual bookmark?

Sorry Neil, that was not what I wanted.

I basically want to transfer/copy my music bookmark folder onto my hard drive, and then a USB stick.

What I linked to will do the job as that's where all your bookmarks are stored.

Don't think you can copy a specific folder in Bookmarks, its all or nothing.

You'd do better to copy the whole lot and then delete what you don't want on the new laptop.

Thanks Frugal, that copied ALL my bookmarks, is there anyway to keep just the Music folder?

Hi,

never tried it, but found this,

"Exporting bookmarks is all or nothing and you can't export a folder. You will have to create an HTML backup and edit this file to keep only wanted bookmarks to have file with selected bookmarks or folders."
