Stede Court offers day and residential fitness and wellbeing retreats for weekends or for as long as you need. Accepting private groups of one to six guests it makes an ideal package for a group gathering or you can head there for a one-to-one body reset. The most important point to convey about Stede Court is that it is a private and bespoke retreat so no retreat is the same as Kathryn designs each one according to what YOU want to get out of it.

Whether it’s personal training in the outdoor exercise trail, a walking or running clinic, Yoga on the decking, mindfulness walks and meditation and expert advice on your eating habits and gut health, Kathryn has all bases covered.

After all that exercise, relax in the outdoor sauna which overlooks the eco-swimming pond or enjoy a massage – a heavenly experience for your mind and body!

The two-day Reset Retreat entails a 3pm welcome, yoga, sauna and wild swim and then at 7pm enjoy a delicious gut-health dinner. Get to sleepover in the amazing house with four double bedrooms. Wake up to a 8am circuit class in the woodland exercise area, breakfast, mindfulness walk and meditation, tea break with ongoing diet and exercise programme and then leave at 12pm.
