Large house, 3 phase electric but sky high bills! Help please?

    The OP raised some big questions for them -  do you think they are sat back waiting for an email ?  They are not first time posters.

    2.72kWp PV facing SSW installed Jan 2012. 11 x 247w panels, 3.6kw inverter. 34 MWh generated, long-term average 2.6 Os.
    Not exactly back from my break, but dipping in and out of the forum.
    Ofgem cap table, Ofgem cap explainer. Economy 7 cap explainer. Gas vs E7 vs peak elec heating costs, Best kettle!

    Hopefully they are now doing their research digging out those bills, taking some meter readings and following up the advice that's been given

    Huge apologies to all who commented, I didn’t get any email notifications and in the meantime had a very unwell family member in intensive care who has required a lot of looking after since they got home. It’s been a really bad time. I’m so sorry. 

    I will ask my husband to look at the replies because, being completely honest, I don’t actually understand most of them too well and he will know more than I do. 

    Thank you all so much you’ve given us lots to think about and I will  try to get the usage readings etc, and post here. So much going on though and work as well so it may not be before Friday. Not because I don’t appreciate the input though! Thank you again and I will be back!
