Personal Injury Trust

Hello, I was hoping to find some guidance on personal injury trust. Where to look for one etc, and are there anyways to avoid a solicitor handling it and charging fees? Can it be done without them, if so where do I start to look, is it a government thing or a bank account? Thank you.

I'm in the same situ so I'm searching "universal credit personal injury trust deed" and also used CHAT GPT and asked "where can I find professional trustees for a personal injury trust and what the cost per year?"
Then I asked for based on city and company size ... my situation is different to most and no-one can recommend a firm because each one is different based on your situation and goals.

Hi there,
am following this thread as hoping more knowledgably people come along than me.
Spoke to a solicitor re this today, they use Carter Allen, part of Santander banking group for their PI Trusts. Cost to set up is about £750, it is a non-interest paying bank account, and needs 2 trustees to co-sign all payments, either via cheque or internet banking. Am also interested to know if this can be done without the involvement/cost of solicitor fees.
